| | The Virtual Tour is great for private individuals who want to share their latest panoramas with friends, for photographers to quickly show their latest shoots to the client and in a week or a month later other shoots to another client, or a company that wants to have one static presentation that can be easily updated. It is also good for web designers or photographers who want to offer their panoramas with a Virtual Tour. You can charge your client for setting up a Virtual Tour for him. Virtual Tour uses the RTE (Rich Text Editor) system to create new pages – you can easily create html pages and update them via the admin area.
VRtrip is divided to two parts: | | | | 1 - the Classifieds | | | Each user must create a personal account - this is free of charge.
Each user can create his own Visit Card, giving full company details, its location etc. However, simply being a registered user doesn't really give you very much. Nothing is displayed anywhere until you have a Virtual Tour. You let me know that you want a Virtual tour by pressing the button Host Virtual Tour and following the steps. They finish with payment to choose. Then you just need to do the payment and have your Tour activated. The Classifieds manages users, displays their details and Virtual Tours and does the payment work.
In the Classifieds you can change the category in which your Tour is displayed, the thumb, or description, and show your companies location with Google Map.
A user failing to order a Virtual Tour within 2 weeks from the registration date will be automatically deleted since there is no point in being a user without a Virtual Tour. As I mentioned, without a Virtual Tour, a user is not displayed anywhere and there are no advantages from being a user without a Virtual Tour, except that a user reserves a username and has access to some user features in the Classifieds part. | | | | 2 - the Virtual Tour CMS | | | It is another story actually. Every tour has to be separately configured depending on the user’s tour option like additional pages, gallery, domain, or number of panoramas, or photos that a user can upload. Then CMS files have to be uploaded manually by me when a user commits to having a Virtual Tour. I will do all the manual work after I receive the payment. This is the only manual part that has to be done. Everything else is automatic. After files are uploaded, the tour is ready to use. It will display straight away and you can configure it the way you want it in the Virtual Tour Admin area. You access the Virtual Tour Admin area from the Classifieds Admin area.
The feature rich CMS is unbeatable. You can create additional pages, show the location with Google Map or create a product gallery with the gallery page. Also each Virtual Tour is equipped with a counter, "tell a friend" button, and reviews. There are a few themes to choose: either simple that needs from a user just a few clicks, or an extremely advanced “Compact” theme that can be configured by a user in almost every detail that is displayed in the Virtual Tour.
A simple Tour can be created within 10 minutes. You just need to upload panoramas and 2 background photos. And it is done. An advanced Tour is only restricted by your own imagination. There are around 300 settings that can be used and changed letting you go for every idea you may have. | | | | Fees & restrictions | | | The fees are annual (other options possible, please contact me with your needs).
You are not restricted by any additional terms. You can change the photos and panoramas any time you want, rotate them, if you wish, every week, you can change the content of your pages, or change the design of your Tour without any restrictions. You are free to do anything with your Tour.
For some additional charge I can create a Tour for you. | | | | Have you got a webpage? | | | This is the bottom line. Most of people do have their own webpage now. Nothing simpler. You ask your page designer to add a button to your page, and the Virtual Tour can be displayed in many ways - either in just a new window, or in a pop up window or in an iframe right on your page. Also, being in the Classifieds you get a higher Page Rank and other Internet users can find you. VRtrip.com is running an advertising campaign with Google.
